National Weather Service investigators are looking into a potential tornado that may have touched down in CNY.
Meterologists in Oneida County say that damage consistent with tornado activity was recorded in Westernville as heavy storms passed through the area Thursday night. Several homes near State Route 46 had their roofs blown off, and trees and power lines were down in the area.
