Syracuse Fire Crews Battle Two Major Fires Over 4th Of July Weekend

Syracuse Fire crews battled two major fires over the long weekend.

The first fire was reported Sunday night around 9 at a home on W Onondaga St. Crews say that flames coming through the second floor caused most of the roof to collapse.

Less than an hour later, another fire broke out at a church on South Ave. Firefighters knocked down that blaze in about 20 minutes.
