A notorious Oswego nursing home is denying allegations that air conditioning units are broken in their facility.
City officials inspecting the Pontiac Care and Rehabilitation Center found temperatures of up to 85 degrees in some rooms earlier this week, as CNY experienced a heat wave. Oswego Mayor Billy Barlow said that the nursing home could be shut down if the issue isn't resolved.
