7 Year Old Remains In Critical Condition Following Monday Night Shooting

A seven-year-old boy remains in critical condition after being shot in Syracuse.

Investigators say the child was riding in a car on S Salina Street Monday night when he was struck in the back by a bullet. Two other adults were also injured but will survive. A 2 year old child who was also riding in the vehicle was not hurt.

Police are still trying to determine if the car was targeted but say no arrests have been made in the case.
