Albany, N.Y. - Governor Cuomo announcing today the state capitol is open.
The Empire State Plaza Complex, which includes the State Capitol and the Legislative Office Building, will reopen to the public on June 18th.
Additionally, tours of the Capitol will resume on June 21st, and the outdoor tours of the Empire State Plaza will start up again on Wednesday, July 7th.
