The Syracuse Police Department is launching a new initiative for officers to interact with teens and kids in the city.
A new chapter of the National Police Athletic and Activities League was announced on Monday, in response to a recent series of violence involving Syracuse teens. The first of four free summer camps offered by the chapter will start on July 10th.
