UPDATE: The man who was killed has been identified as Darren Rosa according to Syracuse Police.
A man is dead following an overnight shooting in Syracuse.
Police were called to Bellevue Ave after the 23 year old man was shot in the head around 11:30 Monday night. As police were investigating, shots were fired a block away from the scene. No additional injuries were reported. The victim died at the hospital.
