Investigators Continue To Probe Governor Cuomo Allegations

There is no word yet when the state Assembly Judiciary Committee will conclude its impeachment investigation into Governor Cuomo.

Committee Chair Charles Lavine says the lawyers assisting the committee have interviewed five more people during the past month. Lavine says the lawyers have spoken with attorneys for about 75 people and entities since the probe began. The investigation is looking into claims of sexual misconduct, reports Cuomo associates got preferential treatment for COVID tests, and allegations the Cuomo administration hid the true number of COVID nursing home deaths. The Assembly's hotline has received 290 phone and email tips.
