The promotion runs through Friday.
The governor also said, if you get a vaccine at a state park on Memorial Day weekend you get a free park pass.
Cuomo also announced today that the state positivity rate stands at 1.09%. He said new cases are the lowest since October 18th, all other numbers lowest since early November. He also said there were just 14 COVID deaths in the entire state.
