Onondaga County Executive Ryan McMahon has selected one of his staff members to oversee how nearly $90 in federal stimulus money will be distributed.
Isabelle Harris has worked on economic and government relations for Onondaga County for the past 16 years. She has previously worked with Congressman John Katko and State Senator John DeFrancisco, among others. She's also the sister of Onondaga County GOP Chair Benedicte Doran.
