Syracuse city leaders will be holding a nuisance abatement hearing with the owners of Skyline Apartments Monday.
The meeting is open to the public and is scheduled to begin at 10 at City Hall. Mayor Ben Walsh has been calling for Green Capital to improve living conditions for their residents after 93 year old Connie Tuori was killed in her apartment.
