Syracuse, N.Y. - Everyone is safe following an apartment fire on East Division Street in Syracuse.
Two people needed to be helped from the second floor of the building. The rest of the residents managed to get themselves out before Firefighters arrived.
Fire investigators are looking into how the fire started.
