Voting Rights Group Uncovers New Issues With NY-22 Congressional Race

A voting rights group is highlighting new issues stemming from the NY-22 Congressional district race last year.

The group found that nearly 300 ballots were tossed out because the voters showed up to the wrong polling location. Only 128 of those ballots were reported during the three months of court hearings following the race between Congresswoman Claudia Tenney and former Congressman Anthony Brindisi.
