Syracuse, N.Y. - CNY Congressman John Katko is looking for help from Congress to improve services for Centro bus passengers.
Katko has asked for $15 million to add two rapid transit lines in Syracuse, which would reduce travel times for those who work at some of the region's biggest employers.
If approved, more buses and bus stops would be added along with the installation of technology on the buses allowing them to keep a traffic light green, avoiding stops.
