Albany, N.Y. - Governor Cuomo has been dealt a blow in regards to his COVID-19 Executive Orders.
A resolution that was lead by Senator John Mannion, passed both houses of the legislature unanimously to repeal Cuomo's emergency executive order requiring that food be purchased with alcohol at bars and restaurants.
The resolution goes into effect immediately.
This morning Cuomo announced that curfews for bars and restaurants will be lifted next month.
