New York, N.Y. - Governor Cuomo today announced that the positivity rate in New York State is at 2.03% the lowest since November 5th.
45 people died, but hospitalization, intubations, and people in ICU are all down.
He also announced a program that will work to distribute vaccines through grocery stores and bodegas in New York City.
He said "We need people to participate," and he urged minorities, in particular, to get vaccinated.
The press conference was live-streamed as the Governor has not held an in-person press conference since December.
