Former Postal Worker Accused Of Stealing Onondaga County Mail

A former postal worker has been arrested for allegedly dumping thousands of pieces of mail in a remote area hundreds of miles away.

Tanner Brown is accused of stealing over 5800 mail items from Onondaga County residents in 2019 and dumping them in a remote area near Cobleskill. The first class mail was found covered in bugs, dirt, and water.
