Residents of Skyline Apartments in Syracuse could see more improvements to their building's security in the coming days.
As part of the city's nuisance abatement plan, security enforcement will be in place 24 hours a day, and more security cameras will be installed throughout the property. The new measures come nearly a month after Connie Tuori was killed in her apartment.
