Albany, N.Y. - New York State's Assembly now has selected a law firm to lead the impeachment investigation into Governor Andrew Cuomo.
Assembly Speaker Carl Heastie says the team at Davis Polk And Wardwell will be authorized to go after all evidence in regards to serious allegations against Cuomo.
A number of women have accused Cuomo of sexual misconduct and the Governor faces criticism in the way he's handled coronavirus nursing home data.
