UPDATE: State Police have arrested 44-year-old William Kratz, Delany's neighbor.
Lysander, N.Y. - One person is dead and another in custody after a shooting in Lysander
It happened around midnight on Cold Springs road.
State Police say a neighbor in an upper apartment shot 44-year-old William Delany and his 27-year-old son during a dispute. Delany died.
His son in the hospital in stable condition. Another woman suffered minor injuries.
Troopers say that an individual is in custody.
