Hannibal, N.Y. - State police have arrested a Fulton man for downloading Child Porn.
42-year-old John Clark was arrested after police received a tip that someone was uploading and downloading child pornography at a Hannibal address.
Clark faces (2) counts of Promoting a Sexual Performance by a child, and (2) counts of Possession of a Sexual Performance by a Child.
Clark was arraigned and released on pre-trial probation.
