Governor Cuomo is threatening to withhold doses from sites across the state that aren't using up their supplies in a timely manner.
Data from the state showed some local vaccination sites have only distributed about 30% of their supply. Cuomo did, however, praise numerous county-run sites in Onondaga and Cayuga Counties for fully distributing the vaccine doses they were given.
