A leaked web link led to hundreds of people across the state making COVID-19 vaccine appointments- for sites that aren't even open.
The link was posted on social media earlier this week, allowing eligible individuals to sign up for appointments at locations in Binghamton, Utica, and Buffalo, among others. The State Dept of Health is still in the planning stages of preparing vaccination sites in those areas. All appointments made through the link have since been cancelled.
