Syracuse, N.Y. - Onondaga County District Attorney's office is now saying that the 31-year-old woman shot while driving on I 690 this past Sunday was not targeted, however, the car was.
Syracuse Police say the shooting does not pose any threat to the public.
Police say a 13-year-old and a 12-year-old were in the car when the woman was shot.
The woman is expected to be ok.
