Two people have now been charged in the death of a Fort Drum soldier.
23 year old Jamaal Mellish and an unnamed 16 year old are both accused of killing 20 year old Hayden Harris earlier this month. Harris and Mellish had reportedly met to exchange vehicles near Fort Drum when Harris was held against his will and driven to a remote area in New Jersey, where he was killed. Mellish and the teen suspect have been charged with murder, kidnapping, and weapons possession.
