NY-22 Deadline Set For Disputed Ballots To Be Resolved

The judge involved in the ongoing 22nd Congressional District race has set a deadline for a winner to be declared.

He says all counties must have their ballot disputes resolved by January 3rd. Right now, Republican Claudia Tenney has a slight lead over Democratic incumbent Congressman Anthony Brindisi. The judge will meet with the attorneys for both candidates Friday to discuss scheduling and other matters.
