Judge Rules That BOE's In 8 Counties In 22nd District Need To Recanvass

Oswego, N.Y. - A judge has handed down a ruling in the hotly contested 22nd Congressional Race between Democratic Incumbant Anthony Brindisi and Repubulican Challeneger Claudia Tenney.

Judge Scott DelConte denied Tenney's motion and part of Brinndisi's. Tenney wanted the race certified with her leading by 12 votes. The judge instead said that all 8 county Boards of Elections are now ordered to, “immediately correct all canvassing errors and, where their errors cannot be corrected, recanvass those ballots.”

Thats means hand counting the votes again.
