NY-22 Race Heading Back To The Courtroom; Could Be Decided By Judge

The battle over who will represent the 22nd Congressional District will head back to the courtroom Monday.

A judge could decide the fate of ballots disputed by both Democratic incumbent Congressman Anthony Brindisi and his Republican challenger Claudia Tenney. Right now, Tenney leads by just 12 votes and has already asked to be declared the winner. The race is the only House of Representatives contest in the country still undecided after Election Day.
