Man Who Pled Guilty To Stabbing 17 Year Old To Death, Can't Withdrawl Plea

Utica, N.Y. - The man who is accused of killing a 17 year old can not withdrawl his guilty plea.

That was the decision of an Oneida County Court Judge.

21 year old Brandon Clark, asked that his plea be withdrawn in the death of Bianca Devins. In July Clark pled guilty to stabbbing Devins and then posting pictures of her dead body online. Clark wanted to withdrawl his plea claiming he wasnt aware of some evidence and that he felt he was not represented properly. The Judge however has ruled his guilty plea will stand.

Clark is charged with second-degree murder and faces 25 years to life in prison.
