Town of Westmoreland, N.Y. - Oneida County Sheriff’s say they have arrested a Town of Westmoreland Man and charge him with sexually abusing a young girl
Deputies say 39 year old Nicholas Dean is charged with having sexual contact with a girl under the age of 17. Dean is charged with Sexual Abuse in the Third Degree and endangering the Welfare of a Child.
