SUNY Oneonta Closing Campus Following COVID-19 Spike

The SUNY Oneonta campus is going to be closed for at least two weeks after a large number of COVID-19 test results came back positive.

New SUNY Chancellor Jim Malatras said over 100 people have been infected. A team from SUNY Upstate Medical University was sent to Oneonta Friday to help make sure all students are screened and rapid response testing sites are also being set up in the area. While the campus is closed, students will be taking their classes online.
