Cuomo says yesterday's Covid infection rate in NYS was 0.93% and that is very good news. 9 Covid deaths happened Monday and that there are 648 hospitalizations and the lowest intubation rate since March 15 twas yesterday.
He added more states to the quarantine list. 34 states now on that list. Cuomo added Illinois, Kentucky, Minnesota, Washington DC and Puerto Rico.
Travelers arriving from those states, need to self quarantine 14 days.
