Syracuse, N.Y. - Syracuse police have arrested 3 more people in that Rye Day shooting that killed a Syracuse teen.
Police say 20 year old Amir Titus, 31 year old Carlos Ortiz-Carrasquill, and a 16-year-old male have been charged with murder in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon. The shooting on June 20th killed 17-year-old Chariel Osorio [CHA-ree-ell oh-SOH-ree-oh]. Eight other people were shot that night.
Officials believe six people opened fire as a party in the area of Wyoming Street and West Fayette Street was wrapping up. They believe it was gang related.
