Byrne Dairy is looking to expand its DeWitt plant once again.
They're aiming to add 22K square feet of space to its Ultra Dairy Plant on W Benedict Rd. Byrne Dairy aims to create dairy products with an unrefrigerated shelf life of a year. The project, submitted to Onondaga County's Industrial Development Agency, would add an additional 64 full-time jobs. If approved, the $28.5 million project would begin construction later this year, with a completion date set for next March.
