A local fitness center is suing Governor Cuomo for not allowing them to reopen their business.
Aspen Athletic Club filed their lawsuit at the end of June, claiming that they haven't received any guidance on how they could reopen. Aspen joins several other facilities in filing lawsuits against the Governor. Gyms and other fitness facilities have been closed statewide since mid March.
