Governor Cuomo giving the green light for CNY to begin reopening parts of its economy.
Earlier this week, the Governor said that the Central NY Region fell short of reopening requirments due to testing. Since Monday, local leaders have said that the region has surpassed that requirement and blamed a delay in numbers being reported to the State Department of Health. Central NY joins 4 other state regions in beginning Phase 1, which includes the reopening of construction and manufacturing businesses.
