Free Milk In Fulton On Wednesday

Fulton, N.Y. - If you are in need of milk, tomorrow is your lucky day.

People in need can take advatntage of a free milk distribution in Fulton from 3 PM to 5:30 PM near City Hall on South 1st Street.

Those who attend should enter the parking lot near Topath Towers and follow the signs.

The Salvation Army, Fulton Fire Department, Fulton Police Department, City of Fulton Employees, Eagle Beverage, and the American Dairy Association are participating in the event.

Governor Cuomo yesterday announced that the state is launching a "Nourish New York" Initiative that will purchase food from upstate farms and direct it to food banks across the state. Also partnering with NYS dairy farmers to process excesss milk into products like yogurt and cheese to distribute to food banks
