The president said during a briefing yesterday he was looking forward to the governor's visit. The pair have clashed in recent weeks over the response to the coronavirus crisis. The pair have also taken time to publicly praise the other. There's no word yet on exactly what the two leaders are going to discuss.
New York has the highest number of coronavirus cases of any state in the country. Thousands of Empire State residents have also lost their lives.
