Syracuse Police Make An Arrest In City's Most Recent Homicide

Syracuse, N.Y. - Syracuse police have made an arrest in the cities most recent homicide.

On the night of March 19th, officers say that a 39-year-old Ronald Russell was shot in the head on West Onondaga Street. He was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Police have now arrested 39 year old Carlton Massey of Syracuse and charged him with second degree murder and criminal possesion of a weapon.
