Eastwood Post Office Evacuated After Fumes Overcome 3 Employees

UPDATE: Pet urine neutralizer was the hazardous material that forced a building-wide evacuation Today and sent two post office employees to the hospital for evaluation, according to the Syracuse Fire Department.

Eastwood, N.Y. - We are getting reports of a hazerdous materials incident at the post office in Eastwood.

3 people were overcome and the building is evacuated. There are reports of a package that is leaking some substance that is giving off a vapor.

Syracuse Fire, police and Hazmat teams are on the scene.
