Town of Salina, N.Y. - The truck that struck and killed a man Sunday has been found but so far no charges.
After reviewing video surveillance, detectives were able to identify the truck involved in the accident that killed 30 year old Richard Wydick of Liverpool.
They found the driver and truck in Champlain, near the Canadian border.
The driver a Canada resident, was contacted by his employer and immediately stopped allowing detectives to meet with him.
The driver said he was unaware that he was involved in a collision with a pedestrian.
The investigation has also determined that the Wydick, who was wearing dark clothing, was walking with traffic and had entered the intersection as the traffic light turned green.
The investigation continues.
