Fulton, N.Y. - The Red Cross is helping several people left 22 people homeless following a fire at an Oswego County apartment building.
Crews were called to the scene on Cayuga Street in Fulton yesterday and arrived to find smoke pouring out of the two-story building. A 10-year-old girl was trapped but was pulled to safety and wasn't hurt. No other injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
