Syracuse, N.Y. -We are learning that the person shot on Merriman Avenue in broad daylight Sunday was a teenage boy.
Around 2:30 in the afternoon police found the teen in the 400 block of Meriman Ave with multiple gun shot wounds in his upper body. There were several bullet casings found as well.
The teen is identified as 16 year old Jondal Davila who remains in critical condition.
So far no suspect information is available
