Richland, N.Y. - A Richland man has been arrested for sexually abusing a goat in Oswego County.
Oswego County Sheriff’s say 20 year old John Tibbles, was arrested Monday and has been accused of having sexual contact with a goat. The sex abuse complaint was made in the town of Richland.
Tibbles has been charged with sexual misconduct, a misdemeanor.
As of this afternoon he still remains in the Oswego County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash or a $5,000 bond.
