Fayetteville, N.Y. - A Fayetteville Man is left homeless after a fire Christmas Eve
The fire broke out around 6pm at the Brookside Lane home of Dr. Timothy Page. Page suffered burns trying to save his three dogs, unfortuntely all three died in the blaze.
Firefighters from eight departments had difficulty battling the blaze because there were live power lines down near the house, the homeowner had several motocycles in the garage and there were guns and ammunition in the basement.
The home was so badly destroyed it had to be torn down the next day.
No word on the cause.
