Syracuse, N.Y. - A six-year-old boy is still in critical condition one week after being shot by his uncle.
Police say 31-year-old Miguel Russo shot the child inside a home on Fenton Street in Syracuse. Russo, who was armed with a gun when officers arrived, was killed during a confrontation with police.
There's no word on why Russo decided to shoot his nephew.
