CNS Grad Patrick Corbin Registers Win In World Series Finale

A Central New Yorker helped deliver the Washington Nationals their first World Series Title!

Former CNS baseball star Patrick Corbin tossed three scoreless innings of relief and was the winning pitcher as Washington rallied to beat the Houston Astros 6-2 in Game 7 of the World Series in Houston.

Corbin graduated from Cicero-North Syracuse in 2007. He made his debut in the big leagues with the Arizona Diamondbacks in 2012. He signed with the Nationals during the off-season.
