An Umbrella And A Heavy Coat Will Be Required For Trick-Or-Treaters

It is at least better than snow. . . maybe.

Halloween will be a wet one in Syracuse. The forecast is calling for heavy rain during the peak trick-or-treat hours with temperatures in the 40s.

Kiddos may be able to wear a jacket underneath their costume, but the bonus points may be given to those that can incorporate an umbrella!

The brunt of the rain storm will kick in Thursday night into Friday. Between a quarter and half-of-an-inch of rain is possible.

Sunshine is slated for Saturday.
