Syracuse, N.Y. - An overturned truck on 690 eastbound near southbound Interstate 81 caused some driving headaches this morning.
It happened just before a little before 10. The truck was on its side and DOT reported at one time all lanes were closed.
The road reopened around 10:15
No word on cause or injuries.
