Utica, N.Y. - The man accused of killing his friend and posting pictures of her body online will be back in court today.
Brandon Clark is charged with second-degree murder in the death of 17-year-old Bianca Devins. She died in July.
The court is waiting for an autopsy and toxicology report to be given to the defense before moving forward.
Devins' family filled the courtroom last week wearing her favorite color, pink, in support. However, there may be less pink in the courtroom in the future. The judge said it could be intimidating for jurors.
